It's a good alternative to ordinary training.
Ater one month of training with Aerofit, I have arrived to the conclusion that Aerofit is a good alternative to the ordinary training when you want to have a quick oxygen uptake. This is why I believe that all sportsmen, no matter what kind of sport they do, will benefit from training with an Aerofit System.

What I like is that each training period only lasts 10 minutes twice a day and you can increase the size of resistance so that you feel a constant pressure. However, I believe that it is important to be well before the training period because it is very demanding.

Therefore, I can only recommend Aerofit and wishes everyone good luch with their training.
