The Sports Report Regular training of your breathing is just as important as the rest of your physical training. This is true not only when you wish to build up a better breathing technique, but also when you aim to give your best for a longer period of time than you have been able to before. In two or three months, training with Aerofit will make your breathing stronger, which will make you capable of improving exactly the feats that need staying power. Four weeks of training with Aerofit gave 8 per cent progress Aerofit’s effectiveness has been shown by three independent test programmes carried out in Denmark and in the USA. The test group completed a Cooper Test both before and after an Aerofit training programme. In the first Cooper Test, the fittest sportsmen finished with a distance covered of between 3,000 and 3,325 metres. After four weeks of regular training with Aerofit 10 minutes twice a day – without any other kind of physical training – the distance for the next Cooper Test was increased to between 3,240 and 3,610 metres. The average improvement for the entire test group was 8%. Getting the full benefit from Aerofit It is up to you to decide the intensity of your training. However, if you wish to get the maximum benefit from Aerofit, you need to train for 10 minutes twice a day. It takes vigour and concentration to get the full benefit from your respiratory training. Therefore, it is important that you separate your Aerofit training from other kinds of physical training. (see the physical explanation)
